Chief Minister Manik Saha on Tuesday paid floral tributes to B. R. Ambedkar on the occasion of his 135th birth anniversary at the BJP state office in Agartala.
Marking Ambedkar Jayanti, the Chief Minister remembered Ambedkar as the chief architect of the Indian Constitution and a champion of social justice. He said that Ambedkar’s ideals of equality, justice, and social equity continue to inspire generations.
Member of Parliament Rajib Bhattacharjee and other party leaders were also present and paid homage, highlighting Ambedkar’s enduring legacy in shaping a more inclusive society.
