CM Dr Manik Saha calls on MHA advisor A K Mishra; discusses development of indigenous community in Tripura

The advisor (North East) to the Ministry of Home Affairs A K Mishra on Monday met the Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha in his office at Agartala and discussed the enhancement of the socio-economic status of the indigenous communities of the state.

“We discussed various issues at length related to overall development of our Janajati Communities,” said Dr Saha.

He said, “I also requested him to meet Janajati leaders of all Political parties including Janajati Samajpati so as to obtain a direct perception about the socio economic and infrastructural development aspects.”

Dr Sasha briefed government’s developmental programs implemented in the tribal dominated areas including roads, electricity, drinking water.
