PM Modi Pays Tribute to Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati on Birth Anniversary
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tributes to the great thinker, social reformer, and ardent nationalist Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati on his birth anniversary today. In a social media post, the Prime Minister said that Maharishi Dayanand remained engaged throughout his life in making society aware of ignorance, superstition, and ostentation. Mr. Modi noted that Maharishi Dayanand’s efforts for education and women empowerment as well as the preservation of Indian heritage and culture will always inspire the countrymen.
